Billy, I want to start off by saying I really enjoy your articles. Having worked in district 3/66 for nearly half my life, I have little tolerance for the les/evillage becoming a quiet boring as fuck strip mall with high rises and a starbucks on every corner. I am annoyed by the over gentrification of the neighborhood. To all these complaining residents, if you want the 2nd largest zip code of bars and restaurants to be quiet so you can listen to crickets fuck, move to Connecticut. With love, Long time resident
